These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WAWE Studios website ("Website"), including the purchase of products made available through the Website. The Website is owned and operated by PIERCED ATELIER LLP ("WAWE Studios", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on wawestudios.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Products & Availability

All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. Certain styles may be produced in limited quantities or on a made-to-order basis. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify product specifications, limit quantities, or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

Product Representation

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on screen settings and device resolutions. Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish should not be considered defects. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order. If you require assistance, our Client Services team will be happy to help.

Orders & Acceptance

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. A subsequent communication confirming that your order has entered production or dispatch constitutes acceptance of the order. WAWE Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing inaccuracies, or any other circumstance that prevents fulfilment.

Cancellations & Modifications

Orders may not be cancelled or modified once they have entered the production stage. This policy allows us to minimise fabric wastage and maintain an efficient production process.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UPI, and such other payment methods as may be made available on the Website from time to time.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping timelines are displayed on the Website and are intended as guidelines only. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, with all tags, accessories, and accompanying materials intact. Sale items, accessories, jewellery, personalised products, products purchased using a gift card, and items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns must be registered through the Website within the specified timeframe.

WAWE Studios does not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns will be issued in the form of a gift card valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. Exchanges may be requested once only and remain subject to product availability. Should the preferred item be unavailable, a gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item will be issued. If the replacement product exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid by the customer. Where the replacement product is of a lower value, the remaining balance may be utilised towards another eligible purchase during the validity period of the gift card. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Client Services team within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be requested to facilitate the review process.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to photographs, designs, graphics, logos, videos, illustrations, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of WAWE Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the Website or its contents may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from WAWE Studios.

Electronic Communications

By using the Website or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from WAWE Studios via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other electronic means for purposes related to your orders, account activity, customer support enquiries, and promotional communications where consent has been provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAWE Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products through the Website. Our liability, in all circumstances, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

WAWE Studios reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any revisions will become effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
