What is your return policy?

All products may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date: in their original condition and packaging (not worn, including all tags, accessories and dustbag). Please kindly note that we only accept returns using the provided prepaid label.

However, sale items, accessories, jewellery and products marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return.

You will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item as we offer refunds in the form of gift cards.

Do I need to register my return online?

You can request returns within 7 days of the delivery date, and this can be done directly on our website.

Can I exchange a product?

You may exchange for a different size or product only once, depending upon availability. If the preferred item is unavailable, you will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item.

In case of a price difference, it will be appropriately adjusted. If the new product's price is lower than the gift card value, you have the option to select another item to utilise the remaining balance. However, if a product of equal value is unavailable, the excess amount will need to be paid.

Where is my return/refund for my order?

Once your return is received and processed, you will be notified via email. This process can take up to 7-10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.

You will receive a gift card for the value of the returned item as we offer refunds in the form of gift cards. This gift card is redeemable for future purchases and is valid for 3 months after the date of issue. However, items purchased using the gift card are "FINAL SALE" and can no longer be returned or exchanged again.

Do I need to pay if I want to return my order?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund gift card, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the same.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

You can return any incorrect item or faulty item by following the normal return procedure upon selecting the correct reason.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are final sale. Once an order has successfully been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged or returned for a refund.

Can I exchange or return an item gifted to me by someone else?

Gift items purchased on wawestudios.com may be returned. However, refunds may only be issued in the form of gift cards. You may place a new order on wawestudios.com or with one of our Client Advisors. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability.

Once the gift recipient has confirmed the selection, the order will be finalised and no exchanges can be made.
